Rental Program FAQ

• What is the difference between City Wide and On-Site Radio?
  City wide radio's are programmed on a 900 MHz Trunking system which has the ability of communicating throughout the metro New Orleans Area. On-site radios are for communicating at one specific location only.
  
  
• How do I know what type of radio is best for me?
  If you need rental equipment for the N. O. Convention Center or in a particular hotel, or within in a half mile range of radio-to-radio contact, 'On site' radios would be best. If you need to communicate more than a half mile 'CityWide' radios would work the best.
  
  
• Is there a minimum for the amount of radios?
  There is no minimum order for the amount of radios. We have rented a minimum of two to handling conventions with four hundred radio's.
  
  
• Can I rent radios for just one day?
  There is a minimum of two days for all rentals. If you need equipment for a Saturday only, you may pick up rentals on Friday and return on a Monday for a Weekend Rental. We rent equipment daily, weekly or monthly
